We are excited to bring a special event to this year's Indiana Angus Preview Show's Saturday activities. Following the Open Preview Show we will have a special catered menu from Slabby's Food and Freedom, an award-winning and local preferred caterer of Purdue University! The menu will include: - Beef Brisket, hand sliced as you request - Homemade Macaroni and Cheese - Broccoli Salad - Homemade Cornbread - Homemade Cobbler - Iced Tea & Lemonade For Kids: their choice of a hot dog, macaroni and cheese, applesauce, and chips! Following the meal, we will be welcoming guests from the American Angus Association to speak on this year's 150th Anniversary of the Angus breed in the United States.
